Need to find the right earsposted Dec 11th 2005, 8:14AM
Well, I have been trying to draw detailed pictures more realistic-ish but not really. So far I got a nose (it's different from one you see in my gallery) and eyes (also different). I guess I have the mouth? Though they don't look right unless I shade them in, which makes it stand out a bit too much. I have yet to find the ears (as in style). And hair! I don't like how how I do hair, but I know how I want it. I just need to practice it.
As for the rest of the body, I need to work on hands, joints, and feet. I could boots apparently or some pretty strange shoes (clogs? o.o) but not feet or socks. x_X Oh, and proportion. Like the neck size and pretty much everything else.
Lately, I've been doing a lot of chibi's though. Extremely simple and basic. It's basically the same style I do quick doodles in but it just gradually got more condensed. Anyways, I have new art, but I'll post it up later when it's worth it. Right now, it's just not worth it. Except one. Though it has it's problems that I didn't notice until after I inked it (with pen). >_< But it's still pretty nice. It was before I found the right nose, mouth, and eyes though. But when I think about it, the mouth would look weird on on it.
